Amount of Food

My Redleg is an adolescent. The roaches I have are almost as big as the abdomen. Is one a week enough.

Also my adolescent pinktoe just will not eat. He is not in premolt, does not web but otherwise seems healthy.
I have tried to feen him using a tweezer and also put him in a small container with the cricket. I kept the container in the dark and after a day..nothing.
