When I put the substrate in, I watered it maybe three or four times with a three liter bottle and using the whole bottle. I left the lid off all evening and last night to attempt to dry it out a bit.I ordered that lid handle a couple of days ago and it's supposed to be arriving today so when I get that on, I'll put the lid back on and see what it is for tomorrow morning.</blockquote>
