Feeding prekilled might work better because it might be settling in from the move, if it doesn't eat you can take it out and try again later.
I would think no, as molting would only remove the skin, not everything inside as well. Here is a thread of when my G pulchra sling got infected with nematodes, even after it molted and ate post molt in my care.

In my experience, I just left them in there with mom, and they were doing fine. I would give the mom a quite sizable roach and she would grab it and pinch it for a while before giving it to the scorplings. I would then give her another roach for herself. She did a pretty good job taking care of...
Sometimes, when tarantulas groom themselves, they spill droplets of cleaning fluid, many keepers just see random droplets of water here and there, but it's completely normal.
Sorry, but it looks more like a death curl than the molting position. Does it have access to water? You can try putting its mouthparts in the water bowl to try to hydrate it. Hoping for the best.
Auratum has a more darker red coloration on the knees, smithi and hamorii are more orange. The pattern on the knee of auratum looks like lips with lipstick on, smithi and hamorii have it covering the whole knee area.
