I got this fellow when it's still 0.5 cm. Now at 2.5 inch. Is this really an A. musculosa? Any thoughts?

I always try to break them up after doin their business. It's easier breaking them up when the male runs after the insertion as guided by instict. But sometimes the females are just to fast and unpredictable that it seems like it's giving in but rather welcoming a meal. It's just brutal nature.

I think if the male hasn't been used in mating then the female has not passed 6 months from her last molt then 1 insertion is fine. I'd give it a 80% chance

I have 2 questions about your mated Ts 1. When was the ultimate molt date of the male prior to mating? 2. How long has it been since the latest molt of the female prior to mating?

Can you get another shot maybe fron the top? It looks like its mirror patch.. this is the characteristic of the genus..

Actually, it's a risk feeding them with wild caught insects due to pesticides. But if you can obtain them far from farming and agricultural lands I guess it's not a problem.
