He looks like he's just settling in. Like a comfy little guy in his hammock. It'll take a couple days to really settle into a new space. He could molt, he could just be getting comfy.
Was Kili a C. versi? Hard to tell from the pics but I do know this species is very particular on their ventilation. Making sure the air is not stagnant and their is plenty of cross ventilation is a common practice with this one. Im so sorry that thigs are going tough for little guy.
Poor guy it's just terrible to see him like this.

Most of my T's will eat all the way up to a molt aside from my apophysis. She will strike, kill, then toss away the carcass. Sounds normal to me so far.
As for the length of time it takes to molt I think largely depends on the size of the T and the conditions around it.
