well can i keep my t on 98% humid?

1)He don't go down much and his enclosure is a 14X8X12 hes 1,1/2 inch should i put him in the cup or his new enclosure? Humid in my house wont go down lower than 70 what should i do?Should i get a heat pad?Well i found out that i bought a good humid keeper substrate.

Well humidity is decreasing right now its 80% before 98%

how long does it take to dry all of the substrate?I'm going to leave him inside for a day.Hopefully it gets better.My substrate is plantation soil,is it ok with t?

HYGROMETER 95% HELP!!!!

Well -2 is kinda correct because this is an expensive spider for me.I need to take care of him really X1000 well so i move him everywhere.WTF am i dreaming?my hygrometer is showing me 95% humid???

My t is trying to climb higher his enclosure is a small faunarium.
