I'm no expert on communal's, but keeping only two of them together sounds like a very bad idea since I can't foresee a way to prevent them from establishing their own territory.
I would highly recommend you keep them in different enclosures.

I got my P. Metallica sling yesterday. It was extremely chill and it easily walked into it's 32oz cup. I won't let that lure me into complacency though because I know what it can do.
Okay so because I made some extra money this week I ended up ordering a P. Metallica sling that I should get next week. To prepare I have watched and keep on watching videos on rehousing them. Because I want the sling to be safe and also not experience a trip into the local hospital.
