70f and or higher is perfectly fine. The heat pad is unnecessary and some could argue, raising the temps and "slightly" misting the enclosure could be considered "unnecessary" as well but its worked for me. I've never use heat pads ever, your Genic should be fine as long as it has water.
Her abdomen looks completely fine. She looks healthy enough to make it till her next molt without eating another meal. You can offer food but dont get discouraged if she refuses /threat postures at it, she doesnt need the nourishment IMO. Keep the water bowl filled and wait it out.
Mine did the same believe it or not. It was "roughly" 2.5 inches and took a year + to molt in temps around"74-77f". As long as they have access to water and their abdomens look plump, i wouldn't be concerned. If they've been off food for 4 months and you aren't overfeeding, id suspect they are...
Avicularia avicularia LOSE the pink tips on their pedipalps when they mature out "ultimate molt" as males. That picture appears to show no pink on the pedipalps eluding to the fact that its already mature and will never molt again.
