    Gentle handling

    Odds are it wasn’t moving due to being stressed. Like stated above tarantulas don’t seek us out. They are not like humans or so larger animals. You unfortunately have I’ll never get them to u detest and you are not trying to kill them.

    Hello all I have had a T for about a year was sold as a ephebopus uatuman 1/2” sling. T is now at about 3-4”. And does not look correct. But I’ve also never owned this type before. Any ideas?

    Your T will come out when it is ready. Looks healthy just offer if it doesn’t take then remove food and try 3-5 days later. Rinse and repeat.

    No leave it be. No need to stress your T. It will come out as a beetle and then you can remove then.

    Yes!! my girl rarely kicks but I also let her be I am not in her enclosure unless I need to and if I do. I take her out do what I need to do then put her back. Have fun with the credit card!

    Urticating hairs are different for everyone. They are great feeders so they respond when you are in their enclosure. But if you have arboreal T’s shouldn’t be an issues.
