    Pumpkin patch

They are very cute, but mine is an angry fuss pot.

    Eresus walckenaeri

My itty bitty Eresus walckenaeri sling arrived today and I’ve never looked after anything this small. My tarantulas have all been 1/2” or larger. I’ve read to keep them dry which I’m doing. They have a bit of coco fibre and the rest dry moss. I thought I had small enough crickets, but apparently...

    Pumpkin patch

Yours looks like mine and it’s the large variant. ☺️

    Avicularia avicularia

Another photo with more light in case it makes it any easier. Thank you in advance!

    Avicularia avicularia

Fresh molt of my Avic, although it might be too difficult to determine sex, I did attempt to use macro. Koa is at least 3” maybe a smidge more. Thank you in advance for any predictions.

    How often you receive freebies

I’ve had the ability to add freebies to my order, but I’ve never done it.

    E. campestratus molt sexing

I poked the area with a toothpick and I couldn’t find any separation or flap. My T is currently sprawled at the back of the enclosure and my tape measure says 2” DLS. They were 1” when I got them and this is the second molt. I downloaded a macro app for my iPad and took this photo, probably not...

    E. campestratus molt sexing

My Eupalaestrus campestratus started molting as I was heading to bed last night. They are still quite small, but it was a complete molt and was wondering if anyone had any idea if it’s male or female. It might be too hard to tell, but I appreciate any guesses! Thanks!

    Avicularia avicularia

I’m pretty sure the E. campestratus would tolerate almost anything. I’ve rehoused them a few times and they eat right away. They are probably my best eater unless getting ready to molt. ☺️

    Avicularia avicularia

Yeah he’s a great eater too so far. Food goes in the burrow and I see a flurry of cute legs then nothing, lol. I’m not interested in holding him or my Avic to be honest. The Avic is spunky too. I don’t go out of my way to handle anyone, but today I was rehousing my E. campestratus and they came...

    Avicularia avicularia

They are gorgeous spiders. Current they are webbed up in the corner enjoying life. My Eupalaestrus campestratus is the smallest and a genuine sweetheart. My newest, Brachypelma emilia is the biggest and always in the burrow. He’s the only one to threat pose.

    Avicularia avicularia

Thank you! I haven’t measured he/she and they haven’t molted for me yet, but I purchased the T as a 2-3” specimen.

    Blizzard Leopard Gecko

She’s patternless and was born that way, but she’s not lacking pigment or albino. Blizzards range from white to yellow to purple and can have black or snake eyes. Pippin ended up with snake eyes which are partly normal and partly solid black. She’s a little different in that she’s not yellow or...

    Blizzard Leopard Gecko

I thought I would share my baby girl Pippin, although she had her first birthday (hatch day) not long ago, so not much of a baby anymore. She’s the sweetest girl in the entire world and I love her to bits.
