Update : he is still paralyzed it seems, but his movement when touched is a little more active. He still might have a chance

Thanks for the responses, he is still paralyzed for the most part. He moves his legs slowly if I handle or scoot him, but it is like super slow motion. I'm not gonna give up on him though. When I looked closer at the the picture zoomed in, it looks like he got stung around his eyes, so not sure...
