She had a successful molt two days ago. She is drinking water. There is no food in her enclosure. However, today, there is some blood on her fangs coming from the mandibles. Not a lot. I haven’t seen this happen to any of my tarantulas before. Any advice?
There is a red spot on the back/top of my Goliath bird eater’s abdomen. I have other tarantulas and I’ve never seen this before. I’m assuming the food bit it? Or could it be something else?
