    T Blondi Molt

    She had a successful molt two days ago. She is drinking water. There is no food in her enclosure. However, today, there is some blood on her fangs coming from the mandibles. Not a lot. I haven’t seen this happen to any of my tarantulas before. Any advice?

    There is a red spot on the back/top of my Goliath bird eater’s abdomen. I have other tarantulas and I’ve never seen this before. I’m assuming the food bit it? Or could it be something else?

    My tarantula has ample substrate and peat moss to burrow but hasn’t shown an interest in doing so. It just stays in its hide. Should I be concerned?
