Thanks! No ventral pics. Just got this one at an expo on Feb 2. Haven't had much of a chance to get a ton of pics and it's not prone to climbing the sides.

Definitely a good point! This spider is so close to 3 inches since this molt that yeah, I’ll probably find out for sure in a few months. Wouldn’t mind getting better at using molts though. Some of my other Ts don’t hook out or have much dimorphism between the sexes.

Same molt, different lighting. The top one was backlit and the little fold of skin those dots are in was opened up. Didn’t want to stay that way though so it’s not visible in every photo.

Trying sex this molt. Harpactira pulchripes (Golden Blue-legged Baboon) 2.5”(ish) DLS Looks probably male to me. I think. Thoughts are welcome. Still new at this. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. I agree it was probably overkill. Though he applied it outside away from the house. Just cleaned the sprayer inside. At the time I was using that sink to clean enclosures and tools so I was concerned.

Thank you! I spoke to him again and got some clarification. He did clean everything with bleach and I wiped down surfaces with bleach myself as well. Just in case. So far there have been no issues thankfully.
