I am a Wildlife Biologist and have a love for all living things. I got my first tarantula(G. rosea), Vella, from an online breeder in college. I originally got her to get over my fear of spiders. Needless to say it worked and now I kind of love these 8-legged fluff balls. Vella has been the best teacher for educating others about these curious creatures and I couldn't have asked for a better spider.
