    Will he be ok?

I know burrowing is normal, but that's pretty deep! Will the burrow hold firm and will he come back up to eat?

    Cyclosternum sp Aureum Report

Update: Both slings arrived today. They were very fast for tiny slings and bolted around the enclosure and tried to hide straight away. I gave them half a cricket each and they've been voraciously eating for many hours; a hearty fatty meal.

Hi all! I'm going to be raising slings of this species and I will come back here when they mature with a bunch of my findings! See you all soon!

    Cyclosternum sp. "Aureum"

Hello all! I'm super excited to get this species. Does anyone have any care tips for it? The only thing I can find online is that it's potentially fossorial. Thank you!

I've heard stories of slings going underground and not resurfacing for food (mainly King Baboons). How long shall I wait until I open...

    The ultimate enclosure

Acrylic has its issues. Glass has its issues. Mesh lids are a no no. There's just so many things wrong with so many enclosures. But, after days of searching, what exactly is wrong with this? It looks like a premium acrylic enclosure, but its polycarbonate - it doesn't warp. The ultimate...

Let's do a contest for Tarantula Army!

I've just joined this forum after being told about this competition. Loving the photos and really grateful to be here!!! Here's my mature male Cyriocosmus ritae. He was my first spider (got him about 4 months ago) and when I learned that males don't live very long, I was upset. But every cloud...
