I have currently been using TerraAraneafrom BioDude. Full disclosure someone gave me a 18 quart bag. I would never spend 50 bucks for 18 quarts of dirt. My bonsai tree soil mix isnt even that expensive.
I normally use Zilla Jungle Mix.
I have a T. Albo that will only eat mealworms and only after lights out for the night. So I have to behead them. Sometimes she will run over and bite them and drop them until after I turn the lights out for the night.
I pulled up the MSDS sheet on Permethrin at work. Just another warning if you have any cats, it is highly toxic to felines. It has a 10 year shelf life. Only thing listed to neutralize it is >94% strength bleach. States that even heavy rains will not wash away the Permethrin. Oddly enough...
My A.Seemanni always sits in her water bowl before she molts. Fingers crossed and knocking on wood, never had a bad molt yet.
And welcome to the forums!
I personally do not have one. But I know several people that do and I also check several for sale sites. all the Grammostola iheringi look the same. Only this guy has a different looking T. Even Tom's Big Spiders is different than his...

How deep is the substrate? I have 2 Curly Hairs. One has a cork hide on the surface and is always wandering around and the other one I never see, unless it is eating or drinking.
Its a beautiful enclosure. I personally feel its to much open vertical space for a terrestrial. My go to rule...
If you still need to find a home for your T. Let me know. I live in Louisville, so only a couple hours away.
I have A. Seemanni, so I am well studied up on the species. Just let me know.
