Those hearts are Unicode. Hold Control and Shift, then press U while holding them. Then, you should see an underlined U. From there, type in the numbers 2764. Press Enter. You should see the heart. You're welcome!

Well oof. If you use phone it's a big oof.
They write it as "U+2764".
