Got this for my ts is this helpful or harmful my pink toe stays in it's hide all the time but this week it seems he has come out more and my humidifier has been down

I'm a bit confused.....your pink toe remains in its hide and comes out when it "breaks"....when the humidifier breaks? Hmmm....that's a good question. I suppose it depends on the setting of the humidifier. Do you keep it on "high" or "low" setting? Midrange? I would keep it on a low setting for an avicularia species. Although they do require some humidity, leaving it on all the time even at a low setting could be a bit much. I'd only run it at a few hours once a week. Keeping it on at a constant could be too much humidity for the avic...
Well there inlies the problem I do keep it on low all the time for my pink toe and zebra knee because there humidity is the same so I read 70-80 but I will start turning if off thanks for the help
