Don't worry about the web on the crickets, many Ts will web their food to discourage other creatures from stealing it.

They wrap web to bundle up the prey, and will sometimes make a web ‘plate’ on the floor to eat over, nothing to worry about. If you hear about the ‘happy dance’ this refers to the spider laying down web before it eats in order to make sure no morsels get lost. Beautiful spider.

Always use ‘she’ when you’re not sure. Better to be optimistic.
