She's grooming herself. Can be cleaning the fangs, but also cleaning the scopula (those pads that allow tarantulas to climb). Tarantulas are clean animals that take good care of themselves. They can sometimes stand (or hang, especially arboreals) in bizarre positions while cleaning hind leg scopula with fangs or while rubbing the abdomen.
