My T stirmi will probably take a while to get used to his new home but is improving all the time. He's hanging out in the open but still not eating. Nevertheless, he showed some interest in the feeders. No doubt he got so used to bad conditions that it'll take a while for his system to recover.
Thanks for the 5 stars. It was pretty tricky getting the heat and humidity to balance out. I had to modify it again because the cold side was almost 80 percent of the cage. Getting him out again wasn't practical. (Hissy fit literally and hard to breathe due to urinating hairs)
He was obsessively in one corner and was fighting to the brink not to be pushed out.
I ended up pointing my infrared thermometer directly at the T to monitor temps.
I'm encouraged to see him openly hanging out in all areas of the enclosure at different times.
