I'm not sure if that's air coming from their book lungs or brushing that's coming from the movement of their legs, more than likely it is breath and it is usually when she moves swiftly like when hunting a feeder. You can especially hear this sound loudly on a Theraphosa blondi

I love hearing this. Every animal is super worth learning about. I've always loved spiders and I'm so happy I'm in the hobby now. Honestly, our pets are family members. I'm looking forward to taking really good care of these little guys.
