You may remember the video of my big girl genie (A. geniculata) almost killing this Male - she did manage to take one of his legs though - during an earlier pairing attempt. He is with another female now but PTSD (Post Tarantula Sex Disorder) got the best of him so he made his escape. ha ha
Bruce is his name. He is on loan so not my choice and before anyone starts to worry, yes the loanee is aware that he does not have the same amount of limbs as when he first came to me and I have nursed his wound (cornflour) and as you can see, he is very active and still spinning sperm webs so physically OK. Emotionally?....not so sure LOL
