This little 1cm arrived today. I quickly took it outside to take a quick photo before returning it to it's dark shelf.
Substrate is freshly prepared so probably a tad moist to its liking. Hoping it'll dry out quickly.

No @Rs50matt I wish! It's an LP. I tried to order a H chilensis a few days ago but sold out, everywhere!! Never mind, I'll have to start saving so I can snap the next one up whatever size/price it may be
@Rs50matt What sort of growth rate do they have? I know they are pretty fast growers but I'm afraid I'm pretty ignorant on how long it'll take to gain inches, and how frequently it'll moult during the 1st 2 years of its life?
@Enn49 that's great to know. Can't wait to see it through its 1st moult with me. It's hard to believe looking at it now, what it'll grow into. It's already busy digging away in the starter burrow I made. In ridiculously excited about this little guy!
