A £15 Gumtree find.

I thought at £15 plus a 10 minute car drive this 30cm X 30cm X 30cm Exo-Terra enclosure was just too good to not treat myself too. It needed a good wash, but I always wash enclosures before use, even if they are new.
Nice score!!! I use to use these for terrestrial spiders but even with 6" of dirt they were still godly huge. I recently started rehousing my terrestrial spiders in enclosures more shallow and started using these for large arboreals. It's like two of the nano talls side by side. Great for large pokies.

My P Cancerides came in a 20 X 20 X 30 Arboreal Exo-Terra, which now houses my Avic Avic & I have a P platyomma which came in a 30X30X30 & despite having the smaller Exo-Terra arboreal enclosure, I had not thought about the larger one, as a larger floor area arboreal enclosure. So thanks for that. But I have to say, only being able to put 3 inches of substrate in them make me feel uncomfortable with them for anything that may burrow.

Maybe one of my Brachypelma's would like something with a bit more height, as some seem to love climbing.
