Added 3 Hottentotta jayakari adults, one male, two females :D This is only the beginning of my Hottentotta list. Fantastic scorps, with those thick dark tails and claws they look good, and they use those stingers quick. Babies..make-a da babies, must make-a da babies..

It's really interesting to see where people's interested seem to lie. Here's what I currently have!

0.1 G.Porteri(My first tarantula!)
0.1 GBB
0.1 Tap Sp Columbia
0.1 A.Genic
0.0.1 G.Pulchra
0.0.1 B.Albo
0.0.1 M.Balfouri
1.0 B.Vagans Hybrid
0.1 N.coloratovillosus
0.1 B.Smithi
0.1 P.Bromelicola
0.0.1 P.Sazimai
0.0.2 P.Irminia

My interests are a little all over the place. I haven't found what I love yet! Thus far my favorite genus is really Grammastola. But this new A.Genic has stolen my heart!

Next on my wishlist is a G.Iheringi I found at a great price. I just spent a lot at the vet on my dog though so I need to let my bank account recuperate!

Yay......another Genic admirer. Not my most rare or expensive (Thrigmopoeus psychedelicus takes that accolade) but genics are big, in your face, sit outside in the open with a "can you see how big I am, am I scared of you?" Type attitude that I adore. Have hundreds of pics of my Genic and mounted her last molt in a picture frame (it was about 7.5 inches) and is on the wall in the living for others to admire or be scared of.....either way I don't care. The molt will stay there for ever.

Updated my list with my 2 new slings - N. coloravitallosus named Duke, common name Brazilian Black and White, makes me think of the old black and white movies, first name i think of for old black and white movies is John Wayne ;) 2nd sling L. itabunae, was described by @Tomoran as a gun metal color, and since my mind is on The Duke now a fitting name to go with that I chose Colt, as John Wayne used the Colt SSA revolver in all but 1 of his movies :)

Excellent choices for names :D Always wanted a single action army..expensive piece :( Nobody makes finer revolvers than Colt, including DA.

Can we talk right now about how much I love my A.Genic still? Major shout out to Thistles for sending her to me! This girl doesn't give a crap. The appetite on these guys is something to see. She is so my favorite spider and now I want to collect every species in the genus.

I can't wait until she molts again so her butt isn't slightly bald anymore from kicking off hairs during shipment.

Genics are awesome. Mine is about 4-4.5" now and fiesty as hell :D attacks the water dish when it's getting filled. attacks the syringe filling the water dish if you're not watching. scared the piss out of me once doing that. and any food you drop is instantly skewered on his fangs. I swear i've watched him catch food before it hit the ground.
