Lately my arizona blonde has been very moving around very sluggish and hasn't been eating, and looks like she got smaller, and today I noticed that her butt has a big blue color spot on it, does anyone know why her butt started to turn blue

Octanejunkie is right. Your tarantula is in heavy premolt. I would mist the substrate to make it damp. Make sure there is a reservoir in there, as well. The tarantula should not be fed for at least 1-2 weeks AFTER it molts. It will not eat at this point in time. Just make sure it has plenty of water and it will be okay.

Leave it be for now, let it molt, then give it a week and rehouse it into an appropriately sized enclosure
