Unexplained balding

I have a sub adult female B Smithi who over time has kicked herself bald. Ive never handled her, am careful not disturb her unnecessarily, (other than occasionally picking out boluses, and water) Not once have I seen her kick hairs yet over the course of the last year she's got a very bald abdomen. Is there something I may be doing wrong?
Any ideas?

They do kick them off, often around where they make their moult mat.

You don't say how long you've had her but if she's been like that ever since you got her it may have been the stress of moving to a new home.

Sometimes they just kick hairs off.
I had one who kicked all the hair off his abdomen, his butt was like a bald mans head.
I wouldn’t worry about it. At least it makes it easier to see when a molt is due, as the skin will darken
