Purchase price must be over $50. You must accept package on first delivery attempt. Temperature must be below 90°F and above 15°F and there must be no storms or severe weather that will cause delays. Issues with shipment must be reported to me via (email, phone, whatever) within 3 hours of the package arrival to stated location.
Refund Policy
To receive a refund, you must take pictures or video of the DOA within the required time frame. Refunds, unless a DOA compensation, will be given with a 15% penalty for restocking, which is the same as our reserve amount.
