My Hapalopus so Colomia won't has not web

I have a Hapalopus sp Colombia large she is about 8-9 months old. She is eating 2 large crickets a week has fresh water bowl in her cage at all time and I spray her cage once a week pretty good. She is also out walking around daily. But my question is that all this time I had her she has not web up her cage. The reason why I asked is because from reading up on the breed and also looking at picture and video they all seem to have crazy web all over there cage. The webbing that is in her cage has been there for about 3-4 months so it is not new. I attached a photo of her cage that I just took this morning.

You haven't given her any anchor points to web on. She needs a hide, and put some fake plants in there, some rocks, etc. something she can build her web tunnels in and around.
