[QUOTE="kormath, post: 59544, member: 4199"] I watch films for the pure entertainment value. Not sure if i have favorites as there are few i can watch more than once. Those few i can watch over again would be Tomb Stone, Top Gun, Days of Thunder (which is funny cause i really don't like Tom Cruise), Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, Murder in the First, and a handful of others. I like comedy, but not the current "it's so stupid you have to laugh" type comedy. That is just stupid. What we call around here the chick-flick comedy is what i like. That really is funny and not close to being stupid. I don't like horror shows, they bore me and i don't want to waste the money on going to the theater to see one and falling asleep, or renting one and falling asleep. Theater would probably wake me up when someone screamed, but still, waste of money. I don't really do a lot of movies, or haven't for the last decade or so. Mostly i watch TV shows on Netflix. I like watching the whole season in a row until i'm caught up to what's on TV now, or just watching the whole series from start to finish if they've cancelled the show. Crime drama is my favorite. Then there's the, and my mind just went blank, started as a police and legal drama back in the early 90s, has 2 spin-offs, the SVU unit for sex crimes and the Criminal Intent spin-off for the organized and high profile crimes. Damn, i'll remember it after i post this, or more likely it will bug me for a few hours until i remember the name. Then there's the reality TV. Love watching Mountain Men, Axe Men, and those kind.
