They never move, except to close and open and live on light and nutrients in your tank. Live for decades.

Never have to clean up after them. Will not pee and poop on your carpet. Don't make noise or try to get into your bed. LOL

Any chance of getting pearls out of them? As I understand it, pearls are the result of an irritant inside the clam's shell.

Oh, and don't they have a foot? Do they move at all?
