PROFILE SPECIES OF THE DAY!
• Euathlus sp. “Chilean Dwarf Flame”. This smaller species is very popular with U.S. hobbyists over the last five years. They are very hardy, docile, long-lived and beautiful. It’s an excellent tarantula species for beginners and pet stores. They grow to about 3.5” leg spans. keep warm and semi-dry conditions with a shallow, but wide water dish. They do well in a 2.5 gal. type of enclosure with 4”-8” depth of substrate as they are an obligate burrowing species. Provide a sloping substrate with a hide/cave in the middle of the slope. We have WC unsexed juveniles to sub-adults, $45 ea., 6+@$40 ea., confirmed sub-adult/adult females, $55 ea., 6+@$50 ea.
