Enclosure help for a Aphonopelma seemanni

Hi I'm planning on purchasing a Aphonopelma seemanni and was hoping there is someone out there who could help me with what it needs for its enclosure specifically substrate needs... This Aphonopelma seemanni is a 3yr old female with a DLS of 4 1/2 in I'm planning on putting her in a 10 gallon tank that has the dimensions L 20in x W 10in x H 12in... So here are my questions is this tank an appropriate size for her? How much substrate should I put in? What kind of substrate should I use and what should the substrate be like damp or dry or? Any other advice about this T and what they need would be appreciated as well thx.

They are a fossorial sp, I would put maybe 7-9in of damp sub for burrowing. You can topsoil, reptisoil or anything that can hold moisture well.
