B. smithi sling pic + upcoming molt?

Here's my new baby chewing on a dubia roach.

I noticed tonight that it's abdomen is changing to a darker/blackish color that it definitely wasn't a day or two ago.
I do have a couple questions since this is the first molt for me;
How long should I expect to wait before the actual molt? The whole abdomen hasn't changed yet.
How long should I wait to offer food after the molt?
Finally, I've been dumping the water dish to keep humidity up and soil wet in half the deli cup. Do I need to increase humidity or just leave it as is?

i have found my b,smithi usaly moult with in a couple of weeks of the abdomen starting to go dark, i just over flow the water dish a bit to keep hummidty up some & dont feed for 1 week after moult

You can allso keep an eye on her fangs when they first moult the fangs are white and gradually get darker after a week they should be black then you know they are hard again

Huh, that's interesting. Never really thought about the fangs molting as well.
