In the rare event customers receive a deceased specimen we will offer refunds or store credit, once photo or video proof is supplied. 50% Shipping cost on DOA replacements. Any and all health issues must be reported directly to our email [email protected] within 2 hours of signed delivery or pickup. Temps between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit are LAG temps. We will only ship to a FedEx hub outside of those temps.
