To be honest I wouldnt have even thought of facing my fear but my 6 year old is scared of almost all bugs and I figured if I couldn't get over my fears how could ask him to get over his now I own six and love them still nervous but I respect them and think they are less terrifying than before...

Thank you all for your inputs and for clearing up my worries about avics. Now on to the fun stuff of actually choosing one out.

The only reason I'm worried about going with a avic is I've heard quiet a few people haveing issues keeping them alive as slings and more than likely will be when I purchase one is there anything that can be done to keep them healthy.

I have 5 spiderlings they usually molt once every month and a half the bigger they have gotten the longer between molts. One of curly hairs and my obt are up next. Both refuse food and are starting to be more in the open

Its official I have made it through all my slings first moult pretty excited just got to figure out how to get the obt's moult out of its home with out it getting out as well

Ah ha all but one of my slings have moulted my obt is the only one I'm waiting for. Oh and my Big G. Rosea has finally eaten again
