Hello everyone. I am definitely new to tarantulas. I owned one 10 years previously that I'd found in a packing box in Oklahoma. However, then, I did not learn much about it (computers were not as widely available then) other than I had to keep it warm and feed it crickets. I believe it was a male as it lived for 3 years. Now I have a female rosehair and am trying to take care of it with proper husbandry, something I've learned exotics need (I have a redtail boa and a ball python). I am really excited about my rosehair. She has a copper colored body and pink hair. I had her sexed to best of what might determined to be female and expect to have her for a long time.
