White worms in spiders water

Hey guys so I saw these little white worm looking things in my H. Lividums enclosure couple months ago so changed to a new enclosure fresh substrate the whole shebang and now there back what are they are they dangerous and if yes how do I get rid ?

Looks like they could be gnat larvae.
Gnats are attracted to where there is water, or where there is humidity, to lay their eggs.
You would have to eradicate gnats, or place a mesh (that gnats cannot go through) over any enclosure openings, to avoid gnat larvae inside the T's enclosure.
Of course, keeping a clean enclosure, by removing waste (any bolus, dead insects, etc.), can help reduce chances, of attracting gnats there, as well.
