Where can I buy feeders

Hello everyone that is my 2nd post on this forum :D

I'm actualy living in a carribean island called Saint-Martin and I need to buy food for my tarantula but I don't know if it is possible to be delivered in my place...

And I also need advice like where I can buy feeders, how many time feeders live, and what size shoul I take for my pet tarantula 1.96inch/5 cm
