What to gut load meal and super worms

I am wondering what everyone gut loads their worms with. Carrot? Or grains? Or something different?

I just use cheap porridge. Porridge is high in protein, so a good gut load.

I don't gut load. I just leave all worms in a tub of oatmeal with an apple for moisture

Mine just get kitchen scrap veggies. And maybe some cat food on occasion.

Fish flake n a carrot for hydration.

Cheap dollar store plain oatmeal and crushes bran with some carrots for moisture. I replace the bran every month or so. When it starts to look like sawdust I replace it.
