As far as I know, it hasn't been voted on or been removed as of yet. I believe tensions w the Ukrainian/ Russian and the debt ceiling , us budget , needed to be pushed through. I've been looking for current info on this issues as well. Or updates. But nothing. Who knows maybe we got lucky and it's stalled.

Last I heard they were hashing out the details of it still.
UsArk has been tracking it's progress and the last update on it was 2/14 as far as I can see.
