Declining recommended shipping method will result in loss of LAG.

LAG will only be guranteed with FedEx overnight or UPS next day orders at this time regardless of outside temperatures.

LAG will be guaranteed for all FedEx overnight “Hold for Pickup” orders and will be assessed a $75 shipping charge.

LAG will be guaranteed for all UPS next day air orders and will be assessed a $58 shipping charge.

Retail orders over $1,000 ship for free.

There is no minimum order.

Ty Dye Exotics does not accept Venmo, CashApp, or other forms of payment.

When sending paypal to [email protected], please send as goods and services only.

Ty Dye Exotics is not responsible for DOA's (dead on arrival) due to carrier delay. Shipping charges will be waived for all orders that opt for local pick up in Cleveland, Texas.

Weather or holidays may delay your delivery schedule. Ty Dye Exotics will not be held responsible for carrier delays.

Ty Dye Exotics will not ship any ****roach species to Florida except Blaberus discoidalis, Pycnoscelus surinamensis, Phoetalia pallida, Panchlora nivea, Hemiblabera tenebricosa, and Blaberus craniifer. It is the customers job to know their local laws and Ty Dye Exotics will not be held responsible for any confiscated packages.

All UPS and FedEx overnight/next day shipping costs will be $58 for UPS and $75 for FedEx regardless of size of package, however, if multiple boxes are necessary, an additional $55 will be assesed to each box. FedEx shipping orders will only be offered LAG if your order is picked up within 2 hour of it becoming available for pick up (if held for pick up), and proof of DOA's via photo are sent within 2 hours of actual pickup/ delivery time to [email protected].

All sales are final, there will be no refunds unless your item falls under our LAG agreement and a replacement is not available. Any refunds will be returned via the same method of payment.

If an item is paid for, and the customer is unavailable for receiving the order, Ty Dye Exotics will hold the item as “Sold” for one month before returning it to inventory. If an item is returned to inventory due to failure to accept shipment or locally pick up, no refund or replacement will occur.

USPS Priority Mail may be used for some invertebrate (non venomous) orders and is a flat rate of $18 per box. There is no LAG on USPS orders.

No arachnids, centipedes, or reptiles will be shipped via USPS.

Ty Dye Exotics will require a full name, phone number, address, and email address of the intended recipient prior to shipping.

If an item falls under our LAG agreement, the item will be replaced if available or refunded less the shipping cost. Shipping costs are not reflected in our LAG agreement and will not be refunded. If a replacement order is sent out, the customer will be responsible for replacement shipping costs.

In the event a customer provides an agreed upon inventory trade of animals, there will be no LAG agreement. Trades are considered a cashless transaction, and will not be due a refund or reship. Trades are at the risk of the “traders.” Ty Dye Exotics will still ship with the full expertise, insulation, heat/cold packs, etc, for trades, and DOAs are usually only an issue with carrier delay.

Return Policy:

Ty Dye Exotics does not accept returns on live animal shipments.

Mantids are pretty easy for the most part. I keep most of them in a 32 oz deli cup with fabric vented lid they make for fruit flies. A bit of substrate on the bottom and a popsicle stick for them to climb on.
I feed and water 2x weekly
