True Spider with Eggsac

I came in today to see my Hogna carolinensis had webbed up a quarter of her cage and made an eggsac. I offered her a cricket with the back legs ripped off (so it couldn't struggle) and she took it.
I've been trying to get a picture, but she just runs into her little web tunnel every time I try :(

I've never bred/raised any spiders before, but I'm hoping to keep a couple of the young ones. I figure this is the place to ask; what do very young spiders eat? I've been thinking of starting to breed crickets for my frogs, are pinheads appropriate?

You could use pin head crickets. Another strategy used by some is to keep the young communally and allow them to cannibalize down to a more manageable number of and size of slings
