This look normal?

Do the fangs look normal?? To me they don’t but there’s nothing obstructing the mouth or in the mouth etc..
I bought him like this, so I’m unable to tell if anything was off with the last moult, sorry for the poor pictures he’s not exactly friendly and he isn’t eating. He has a water dish but never see him drink, abdomen is fine and I’ve had him for about 2 months.
Any ideas?
Kept at room temperature.

Looks okay to me. If it’s plump and not eating it’s probably premolt.
