Just because two spiders are next to each other doesnt mean they are instantly cannibalistic. Many different factors come into play. Food, and territory are two major reasons. Both look well fed and both aren't protecting their burrow or space. Have you ever watched fear factory or movies with hundreds of tarantulas? They all don't start eating each other as soon as they see each other. What alot of people in the hobby don't understand is...take the spider out of its home and it's pretty calm (not all Ts but the majority of the new world). My P. Ornata is really defensive in her enclosure...when I take her out shes a big baby.
