I've never seen them take it down but I have seen them renewing it and an MM will roll up his sperm web after use.

My versicolor molted and then tore down her whole system of web tunnels and rebuilt it for her new size. It was awesome to watch. I hope she does it again next time she molts!

Like @Metalman2004 said my juvenile Avics do it as they grow bigger as well but I've never seen my adults do it. Except my mature males...they like a snack after a moment of pleasure...

Yes they do. Ts do reconstruct burrows and webs. They will tear down and redecorate every now and then. Mature males will also rip down a sperm web once loaded.
I would love to see a video of it being torn down.

I've got a few that size and larger that have made homes above ground, but most have burrows. In identical set ups, the 3 small ones burrowed and have little volcano homes and both of the larger ones made web homes above ground. Maybe they change their behaviour as they grow, it'll be interesting to see. 5 of the same species obviously, Phlogius sp. 'stents'.
