I thought I'd compare my spiders from when I first got them to now.
T. Gigas when I got it

It's nearly doubled in size within 4 months and has undergone quite a colour change, too.

Next B. Boehmei. arrived about the size of a finger nail and is now just under 1".

Fat bottom baby (now). Starting to show adult colouration. I think it's in premolt at the moment.

GBB. Molted twice. It's one the best eaters and super confident. I've recently rehoused it into a bigger tub, with lots of hiding places, but it just sits right at the top and ate a small meal worm an hour after rehousing.

A. versi (more photos should follow as I've not bee able to get a full body photo since its last molt). From what I've seen it's getting more and more red on its back.
First time in its new home

After first molt, coming out for a flex, stretch and poop

The most I could get from it so far

The A. Genic, obviously not having been a sling but already a SAF there is not that much difference in appearance other than length of legs.
She used to sit in there all the time, but wouldn't fit in it anymore if she stretched her legs

Not long after her first molt with me

All legs just now, but she's getting back to her normal self, always out looking for food. She now prefers her log cos it's bigger and the burrow she made underneath

P. Met sling the first day

In heavy premolt. Molted about a day after

Going for a little walk around its home. The little guy has a cork bark vertical hide, but is often out and about. It's in quite a dark corner so probably feels safe

Last but not least (My Rosea has not changed neither in size nor colour, lol), the LP sling
First night

Now. I think it's in premolt again as it's very plump and shiny

It's amazing how they change with each moult, that's what makes them so fascinating.

I know, I can't get over my T. gigas sling. It came in one of those pill vials and looked quite similar to a skinny GBB sling. After its last molt its prosoma looks massive compared to before and its legs are now not only much longer but the front ones are also blue(ish) instead of "beige". If it weren't for its tiger stripes you could mistake it for a different spider, lol.
