Let me introduce you to the newest member of my small spider family - An absolutely adorable Brachypelma boehmei sling, who still waits for name :)

Bought from a pet store because I didn't want to leave this little baby into it's way too big plastic box with no substrate. It also seems that it's missing tarsus + claws from her back leg.

Thank you all! I'm happy that I have now one of all those Brachypelma I want and need in my life :D Also, he's my first sling - So exciting to see him to develop into a bright legged beauty!

Also, I'm very happy to announce that he has eaten last night. I crushed the head of a small mealworm and left it in the enclosure. Now the mealworm was in a different spot, 1/3 of it's size, and had clear chew marks on it's body.
