Any recommendations for tackling the leftovers and stuff in an enclosure to maintain a quality life?

While writing this post I heard a tumble sound, he’s been more active and standing up any advice? I imagine a larger enclosure would help but wondering about the climbing anyone else experience that? I love this T so much

This behavior is normal...your enclosure looks safe enough to not allow injury.

Isopods...spingtails. They are a must for Theraphosa.
I have him in a 7x7x11 enclosure from Jaime’s Tarantula. I’m guessing he’s at least 6inches, when would be a good time to transfer to a larger enclosure? Also, how many Isopods or springtails would you add? The substrate is mainly all organic coco fibre with a tiny amount of vermiculite.
